Kitchen Porter

Reporting to the Head & Sous Chef

The role involves:

  • Basic Vegetable Preparation
  • Kitchen Cleaning to cleaning schedule
  • Aiding the chefs in day to day prep
  • Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible
  • Collect & wash up pots & pans
  • Clean food prep areas & equipment in addition to crockery & cutlery
  • Unload food, cleaning & equipment deliveries
  • Keep storeroom organised
  • Keep work surfaces, walls, floors clean & sanitised
  • Reporting maintenance issues to management
