Kitchen Porter
Reporting to the Head & Sous Chef
The role involves:
- Basic Vegetable Preparation
- Kitchen Cleaning to cleaning schedule
- Aiding the chefs in day to day prep
- Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible
- Collect & wash up pots & pans
- Clean food prep areas & equipment in addition to crockery & cutlery
- Unload food, cleaning & equipment deliveries
- Keep storeroom organised
- Keep work surfaces, walls, floors clean & sanitised
- Reporting maintenance issues to management
