Chef de Partie
Reporting to the Sous Chef & Head Chef
The role involves:
- The running of your set section
- Committed to producing quality food
- Help to develop and train the junior chefs
- Ensure consistency of produce throughout the kitchen
- Completing tasks assigned to you by Sous & Head Chef
- A full understanding of Stock rotation and ordering for your section
- Adhering to Company Health & Hygiene policies

Qualifications
Preferably a NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Cooking
Food Hygiene level 2 or above
Skill set
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Identify ways to improve profitability
- Demonstrate an up to date and in depth understanding of cooking, trends & methods
- Continually strive to achieve goals & objectives
- Lead by example and offer clear direction to Junior chef
- Be uncompromising in achieving company standards
Previous jobs
- Having held a similar role elsewhere within a similar establishment
- Minimum of 3 years cooking experience
- Stability and honesty
